Endpoint protection and patching address different parts of cybersecurity.
- PC Vax Endpoint Security — helps detect and respond to malicious behavior.
- Managed Patch Management — helps reduce known vulnerabilities attackers may exploit.
Detect Threats. Reduce Opportunities.
For most business customers, PC Vax + Managed Patch Management is the recommended configuration.

What Are You Actually Paying For?
PC Vax pricing is not simply the cost of security software. Your subscription combines:
Cybersecurity Technology + 24/7 Security Monitoring + Professional Threat Investigation + Managed Threat Response + PC Vax Operational Management+ Customer Support + Incident Follow-Through
That is the difference between buying software and buying managed cybersecurity.
PC Vax vs Traditional Antivirus
Traditional antivirus may provide good endpoint protection. But the customer is often still responsible for monitoring, investigating alerts, determining what is malicious, responding, completing remediation, and managing the security platform. PC Vax helps manage those responsibilities for you.
PC Vax vs Full Managed IT
Full Managed IT may include help desk, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, applications, infrastructure, and strategic IT management. PC Vax is intentionally more focused: professionally managed endpoint cybersecurity without requiring you to outsource your entire technology environment.
Already Have IT? Perfect.
PC Vax can work alongside internal IT, MSPs, independent consultants, and existing technology providers. Your current provider continues managing normal IT while PC Vax focuses on endpoint security.
Keep Your IT. Strengthen Your Security.
Cyber Insurance Asking About EDR?
PC Vax includes managed endpoint detection and response backed by continuous security monitoring. Managed Patch Management can further strengthen your security foundation.
Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
What Operating Systems Does PC Vax Support?
PC Vax supports Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints — desktops, laptops, and servers — all at the same per-device rate. Specific capabilities can vary by operating system.
Do Servers Cost More?
No. Servers are protected at the same per-device rate as workstations. There is no server surcharge, which is unusual in this market — many providers price servers at a premium.
Is There a Minimum Number of Devices?
PC Vax is designed to support very small businesses as well as larger endpoint environments. Final minimum requirements should be confirmed during activation.
Can I Add Devices Later?
Yes. PC Vax is designed to scale as your business grows.
Can I Remove Devices?
Yes, subject to your agreement terms. Retired or replaced endpoints should be properly removed from the managed environment.
Does the Price Include General IT Support?
No. PC Vax focuses on managed endpoint cybersecurity. General IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, printers, applications, and other technology services are outside the standard PC Vax subscription.
Does PC Vax Include Incident Response?
Normal endpoint threat investigation, managed response, and remediation follow-through are part of the service. Large-scale forensics, business-wide breach response, server compromise, data recovery, or similar extended incident-response work may require separate services.
